FIX melees rubber banding back into wars

Number one reason for balance issues in mage vs. melee.

Thats a direct result of the mage breaking animation. It will never be fixed unless they fix the animation exploits which they now say is skill.

Some players can do it almost at will at which there is no defence for the melee.
