Microsoft is aware that there are currently problems with the Zone login for Asheron's Call and they are working to resolve them. As soon as I have more information or an ETA I will update this thread.
It is my understanding that these issues are still occuring and that some players are still not able to successfully download the Zone update. Unfortunately there is little that we at Turbine can do to resolve these issues. Microsoft personnel are aware of the problem and we are continuing to work with them to try and get this resolved.
