Curious... Current skills and new racial skill...

Just wondering- for the new race, are any of the current weapons or skills going to be under the new race (IE: Vias get spear or mace or osmenthe for a racial weapon) or are we getting new forms of weapons?

Not to mention... are we getting a set of skills in game?
