View Full Version : Buffing Stone's
I would like to see two buffing stone's or something come with the mansion's to buff every one so you do not have to have some one tie up a account to be a buffbot

They already have the tech in the game to do something about buff-bots..
Town Mages!
The mages in town can already cast spells on you.. I bet it would be SIMPLE for turbine to simply add additional spells that they can cast.
For a full buff, just use the 'add to list' button and select every spell that you want.
Now pricing will be something that would have to be worked out.. I really don't see a problem with it costing a MMD note per buff for lvl 7 spells (less for each level below).
This would revitalize towns (especially direland towns like Ayan/Teth/Candeth).

They should make mansion buffing stones, but put them in the loot system as Rares. I thought about this and posted it on a thread about Rares a few weeks back. They could make it as one of the more rare tiers and not overpower it.

actually, it would not be making anything any easier. We already have buffbots, if it was added into the game system it would actually help things out quite alot.
Consider, that usually someone looking for an allegiance, one of the questions they ask, isnt 'what are your goals and do they match up with mine' it is, "do U hav a buf-bot d00d?" Personally I would rather meet people to join my allegiance, with a like mind, and not because I can offer them a buff bot, a cottage, and a bunch of imbued things.
it buffing was handled by an npc that woudl be alot better.
( personally though, I would like to see buffing for other, to only be allowed if you were in a fellowship and maintained the fellowship, but I doubt that will happen )

You have several optiosn already:
1. Use a buffbot
2. Use arcane lore and find the things you need and wear them
3. Train the magic schools yourself
4. Any combination of the above
I think those 4 options make buffing pretty easy already.

I choose to pay for an extra account... That extra account has 1 very active toon... a buffbot...
I choose to run the buffbot, it does not break the rules, it is not against the CoC... it is not hurting anyone... well except the bot haters, it ruins your game, it hurts your eyes, it is the greatest incarnation of evil since Harbinger roamed free...

ROFLMAO Hamfast, that was great.
But yea, buffing right now is easy.....but alot of ppl pay money for a buff bot per month...If you could somehow get a buff stone, or buffs in town, it would save these people some cash, and allow em to cencel the account. ;) If you pay say...an M note per round of 7's at a shop, thats not too bad. Besides, it would rid the land of some buff bots, improving performance in many areas.
