Question about getting tech help

I used urgent assistance to report what I beleive to be an bug in that my toon on FF spoke to the NPC in Al-arqas & received the homecomming pennant but not the free level we are all supposed to get. An envoy contacted me 10 mins later & had me post the problem to the fuze tech support website. How will I now find out if it will be fixed so that I can get my free level? Seeing as how it has been stated that with the next patch the free level deal will be over I don't want to chance my 3 FF toons not being able to get their level.

I've used the Fuze system a couple of times and I've never gotten any response not even a message saying that we received your input. It was a total waste of my time. I would interested to know if anyone has used the "Ask a question" feature and gotten an answer and if the answer was helpful.

I've never used the bug page so I have idea is this part of support is any more helpful than "ask a question".

I've seen at least one other complaint about the free level. It seems that someone else tried to get a free level but had never gotten their pennant. The NPC gave them a pennant that was the end of it. Perhaps characters that never got their free pennant can not get a free level.

I would also send a private message to IBN about this problem and perhaps call their customer service folks:

I just had a 2nd toon on FF talk to the Al-arqas npc & he got the free level. Then it struck me what the bug most likely is. My toon on FF that got the pennant instead of the level has the same name as the one on WE that got the level. Now if I can just get Turbine to fix this hopefully my FF main won't get screwed out of her level.

Has anyone else ever gotten a response back after reporting a game bug? The one I reported needs to be fixed before the next patch so I'm getting a little concerned as the days go by. I now know at least 2 other toons that have encountered the same bug.
