Zone Issue

I don't know if this is a technical issue, but I am trying to reactivate my accounts in Asheron's Call, but due to the .NET password issue wherein I let the hotmail accounts expire and the .NET accounts become inactive I can only seem to activate one of them. I had 2 accounts and one came right up and re-activated but the second one (actually the first of the two) will not re-activate, and I am afraid to re-apply for the account fearing that microsoft will overwrite any info it needs to reactivate my .NET account... So basically what it boils down to is that I can only reactivate one of the accounts.

What are my options and to whom should I address these issues.

In order to get your account re-opened, you will need to have zone billing associate your old zone nickname to a new .NET Passport account. Instructions on what is needed to do this can be found on the following page:
