The only form of reproduction I noticed was the laying of an egg, but that seemed to be done without any outside help :p
All their personalities seem to be 'male' but then again so do alot of the races of this game hehe

I hadn't thought about that pokute, but it sounds good!
From what I've gathered from the lore, it sounds like the burun are sort of immortal in a way... They all seem to lay eggs, and the offspring are basically clones of that burun. I think they might even have all the knowledge of the parent burun too.
Thinking about it more, there might be a sort of psychic link between an egg and its parent, because when you kill Morgluuk's egg in the noble weapons quest he's weakened considerably... This is all just speculation by the way, but maybe when an egg is born the offspring is physically identical to the parent. Then there's also a mental connection so that the egg has an identical mind as well. This connection remains, so the egg and the parent pretty much share minds, until the parent is killed. That probably triggers the egg to start developing and hatch.
It's all just a guess of course, I've probably forgotten something ^_^

Forget the Stargate references. It sounds like we're fighting an entire race of Demon King Piccolos :D

The entire storyline seems a lot like Stargate... So I wouldn't be surprised if that were right..
