I have shut off firewall, turned off antivirus, reloaded Sun's Java v1.5, wiped out as much as the MSN Gaming Zone as I could in Program Files, and tried to let it reload/update itself. I'm not having any luck getting the zone software portion to load after logging in and clicking Morningthaw. I get the spade picture, but then it hangs at "Please wait, downloading zone software"

A little pop up window has:

Line: 107
Char: 3
Error: Library Not Registered
Code: 0
URL: http://classic.zone.msn.com/services/install.asp

I went to Line 107, (viewing source), and it is:

"InstalledVersion = Heartbeat.Version;"

I don't really think this is the problem as I get another error on a zone page and the line it reports, w/the same code, is something about Arial font. I checked my file types and associated ".ASP" to open w/IE just to try and no help. I typed in the Heartbeat.js, which is referenced in the source code of the page, and had it run with no results. (in case it needed to reload and whatever it is) I'm stuck and can't get back in. I hadn't played for about a week and a half and now I'm probably going to lose my house and stuff in it. :( Please anyone ever seen this before? I would really appreciate any input. (well, decent constructive input LOL)

Thanks for your time.

Updating this:

One, sorry for posting if this is a duplicate. Not sure if it is, but I started thumbing through the posts for any clues, and it's sad to see others are having issues too, but at least I'm not alone. I have tried other login pages and they don't help either btw. Also, what if I posted the page's source, wouldn't there be some way we could download the file(s) by typing them in the browser address bar if it gives away the locale? Or would the mighty MS have a caniptchin? Thanks for your time uhgaain....

First off, thanks for the incredibly quick response Yula. (and it was great help)

Second, I read through the above post provided by your link. I'm not sure how much weight the ISP fix carries, but deleting the heartbeat.j?? out of C:\windows\downloaded program files\ helped. So, if someone else is getting this error and looking for a fix. Deleting this file helped in my case.

So once again, THANKS YULA! :) Everybody have a good turkey day.
