We are aware of the issues when trying to log into AC from the zone and are looking into it. We have no ETA as to when they will be back up.

"alternate lobby" message is from a couple weeks back. Doesn't apply when you can't get to a screen to choose a lobby.

You know whats great, turbine is working on their billing system. The last few patches, besides this one have been sparse, so people tell them to put billing on hold for a few months and do content.

Then when the zone acts up, like it always does, people come here to flame turbine about what a wonderful job their doing, and the zone.

And it is not a live event, the ghost respawns ever 2-3 hours, if ya can't catch a group, go later.

People need to realize that turbine dosen't run the zone,the zone lobbies. They only run their game and servers, nothing to do with the zone anymore. So instead of yelling here, maybe send a couple emails to MS.

It took me forever to get the AC World Page to come up. Now I keep getting timed out on trying to enter the Morningthaw world. Have not tried the other one's yet. HELP I'm having AC withdrawals. :)
Talked to a few others in my monarchy and are either getting booted or takes forever before they can finally get in game. So, it's not just me.

What the heck is wrong with ac1. My friend called me and only after

reinstalling ac it would work, now i go to log on at 930pm california time,

and seem game is wacked, its all graphics glitchy and boots me out.

When are we gonna ctrl alt nuke the zone?

I've been having several problems with zone but found I can get around most of them.
one error I experienced is where zone page redirects you to software download page where is loops IE you login at passport window and it directs you to 'software download page', you click proceed and it takes you to the 'Return me to my game' page after you click 'return to game link' it sends you back to software download page. I found that your are actually loged into zone so all you need to do is add a shortcut to my favorites of the lobby/server you play and click this link from my favorites you should now find you logged in and at lobby

Another Problem I have also seen is where you login into passport and it just takes you to an error page use same as above to get to your lobby ie link to lobby in your favourites. if that fails you can also try clicking backpage to your lobby page when you get there hit refresh again for some this will now show you as logged in and you can enter game :) and finally if after you have hit refresh it still don't show you as logged in if you have a login that is with a hotmail or msn account just hit the hotmail link on top of lobby page when you get to hotmail page it should again show you as logged in so use the lobby link in your favourites.


Hope these help you guys and gals get ingame and remember these issues are caused by microsoft/zone not Turbine.
