There is one problem that I've read about which requires you to call Turbine. Not all bank's support the validation numbers on back of the card via an electronic billing system.

Here is a link to Turbine's billing support page:

Good luck.

Credit card companies provide a variety of means by which to protect your security. One common security method is the use of the CVV2 (also known as CVM or CID) number which is located on the back of all Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. These 3 or 4 digit codes are used for additional security to protect against credit card fraud.

We have experienced that some of our customer’s banks do not use the CVV2 to check for fraudulent use. Our new billing system was designed with your security in mind. Therefore, our system does not accept credit cards whose issuing bank does not support CVV2. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused any of our customers and we at Turbine will attempt to have this problem rectified in the near future. If you are experiencing problems registering your credit card with us, please contact Turbine Billing at 781-407-4020 between the hours of 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM Mon - Fri EST
