Subscribing Issues

I just bought an AC account today and they emailed me the link to install the game without a CD key! Now when I open up the turbine launcher and try to sign in it says I don't have any active subscriptions! When I try to activate AC it also says I need a CD Key. Ofcourse, there tech support is closed on weekends and they couldn't have just emailed me my cd key. Is there anyways to fix this? Thanks.

Reading back on the ac site, it said I would be given a page with a url to go to and my cd key, however, the page merely said 'your purchase has been processed' and not to reload the page. It never said to wait for the page to reload. How do I get back to that page? Thx.
