I haven't played AC in about two weeks; before that I played most days for the past five years without issue.
I tried to log into AC last night (before patch) and everything seemed to work fine except the world view was all black. I could see chat window, paper doll, inventory, etc but the world view window was completely black. I could move just fine and my coordinates would change, but I just couldn't see anything. I could also chat, recall to house, lifestone, marketplace, etc.
I haven't changed any settings on my computer like the z-buffering, etc. I checked them and they're all the way they use to be.
Do you have any ideas why my display no longer works? I don't have issues playing other DirectX games on the machine that I can tell.
