Idea for New Skills Involving PvP

I had a idea bout the deception skill/acces person...make it so, deception makes you invisible on radar, and access person is your ability to see those people.
Think of the possibilities, people being able to sneak up on others and pwn em' while they ain't looking...etc...

third party apps kinda ruin that idea though...mini pk and stuff

fact is though, even though the plugins can pick up on people, it would be alot harder to fight someone who wasnt on radar.

Yeah I had that idea as well but quickly realized that it would be pointless with a simple third party plugin to overcome it.
