I don't think it has one; at least not that we know of yet.

Given the capitalization, I'd say "Xi Ru's Island" is the official name.

Captialization was more of an emphasis on the new island (so that it wouldn't be confused with other islands) than an official name. Kind of like how Aphus Lassel is frequently referred to as Tusker Island, even though the official name is Aphus Lassel.

What Chupon is asking for is an official name, similar to how the current islands in the Vesayen chain are named (such as Avallel, Ithaenc, Laesvos, Mirenndae, Savao and Thesalene). Presently, that information has not been released.
