Authentication attempt failed because no valid subscription for the named acct found.


ok... email to Turbine send. no respond yet. my CC is charged, i am full migrated (played since migration 1 week) without problems and now this:

Authentication attempt failed because no valid subscription for the named acct found.

i log into my turbine acct: no subscribtion... just the fields to enter the Turbine key. why u cant activate the subscribtion as old MS-CD-Key player?

the funny thing is : My second acct (class c lan) on my other machine runs without any problems. on this acct is the same CC.

any input?

or a GOOD link with informations how to fix it? is it the only way to wait for a respond to my email? not a good way.

i wait now 3 days for any respond and nothing. 3 days payd for the game and not playd :(

ah yes... the second things is:


as i realised that i cant log in i was thinking anything with my CC is bad, so i tried to set up another card on the billing information, but the system has a problem... (a message pops up).

i think: ok, no problem, i trie it on my second (working) acct, but the same! i cant change any CC infos, on the blocked, and the open acct. it looks to me that the server with CC infos, or billing stuff do not work.

lol... my CC VVN is the problem... and now i have to call the support. i am from germany, everyone knows that my english is a pain!

well, Turbine... it was easyier with MS-Zone to set up your payment informations. all the europeans need to call to USA now, lol... and is your billingsupport freecall? no...!
