Earlier this evening, one of the Verdantine subservers crashed without warning. We brought it back up, but the NPCs handled by this subserver are not coming back.
To resolve this issue, it is necessary to restart the entire world. It will be coming down at approximately 11:35PM PST / 2:35AM EST / 8:35UTC. It should be back online within 1 hour.
Currently there is no expectation of data loss or rollback due to this issue. We apologize for this unanticipated downtime.
