How will the storyline turn before the expansion?

Help me to think this through.

We have a current storyline from AC:DM and a storyline from AC2. Recently introduced we have a storyline with the new expansion pack, which should launch within the next two months. This new storyline will introduce the Viamont race, a warlike tribe who recently fought against the united forces of the Gharu' and the Sho in Ispar.

How will the current AC storyline shift (and it probably will shift abruptly, I would guess) with the introduction of the expansion?

storyline has already shifted, lore is available for backstory, apparently the viamont have been on "auberon"(SP) the whole time, 'we' just recently could be able to see their islands and theres a wussy viamont in rithwic right now. I'm expecting more ingame lore and clues as release gets closer with the 'viamontian' invasion happening w/ release of the xpac. I also expect 2 types of viamont- friendly and non-friendly- the friendly will be the playable race and the non-friendly will be attackers/defenders. as i havent seen in the lore but its been alluded to. there are 2 factions of viamont fighting each other,
