[Payback from MT]

I recently went on a quest that one of the rewards was a set of about 15 books of lore. Does anyone know that quest. it was easy enough to solo so that might jar a few minds. Thanks

Sounds like the Hidden Entrance quest (http://ac.warcry.com/compendium/quests/index.php?action=display&id=251). And I wouldn't exactly call it "easy" to solo. Juggernauts + War Mongers = Many Lifestone trips...

Actually it is the Hammer of Lightning quest. you get 11 books of lore.

I was told by someone else that there was one quest that gave 24 volumes, 12 volumes on the history of old dereth and 12 volumes on the history of new dereth.

Anyone heard of this one?

What do you mean by "old Dereth" and "new Dereth"?

And far as I know, there's no quest that involves that many texts. The Lightning Hammer and Hidden Entrances quests have the largest number of texts, and they're still nowhere close to 24 books.

I don't know. this person said that they heard there was a quest that had that many books. I wasnt' sure. The lightning hammer was the quest I was looking for anyway. I do appreciate your help though.

The 11 volumes of Dereth History books you obtained on the Hammer of Lightening quest can also be found in the Capital Cites (Cragstone, Hebian-To, and Zakhail) within a bookshelf where the Arcanum Reseacher, Translators, etc reside.

I recall the Knorr quest gives up a number of lore texts. Looking at Maggie's site, there are nine texts that you can find.
