View Full Version : Subscription/DM Key help! Can't play anymore!

I migrated my account already, a while ago.

Recently I had to get a new debit card, this was the card that was billing my AC info. So I got a new one. Now I'm trying to update my billing information.

I updated my info, but it now shows I have no subscription to AC. I tried to "acitvate" it, but now it's asking for my CD key. I have my CD but I haven't needed my key for um, years now, and I don't have it anymore. I didn't need it before, why is that I need it now? Can I get around this somehow so I can get back to playing AC?

I simply cannot and will not buy another key so please don't hit me with that "suggestion", if that's the case I'll have to say "bye bye AC".

You need to call Turbine billing M-F when they are in the office to reactivate your account. You could also drop a question to the billing department through the Fuze system with your Turbine user name and perhaps the last four digits of your credit card and they should activate it Monday afternoon when they get in.
