Failure
either another launcher or the game is running
I migrated my account, used launcher, went in to game. Exited out. Now I wanted to go back in again, and I get that message.
Now, I can go to task manager, processes and shut it down (which I have several times now trying to figure this out) however, I shouldn't have to do that to relaunch the game.
Help!
