Game crashes

One of my characters crashes every time I try and log it on. This occured when I used the Songview portal from Mayoi. All my other characters work fine except for this one. The error is very similar to the one from a patch a few months back with that portal that crashed everyone that used it.

Just tried the portal on a different server, and the same thing happened. Of course this now means I have two characters trapped in portal space. So would you please look into this immediately.

Running Decal or dual-logging at all? Can try replacing your cell.dat file from the one Turbine has posted for download.

If that fails, log on a character on that account and contact an +Envoy and explain the situation.
