Is the billing office open today ?

Some of the other posters said they got good results calling the billing office. They should be open until 8:30 eastern time. If you used the fuze system - then your response may be kind of slow. They have a whole week end worth of requests to wade through.

Honestly that is not that unusual on customer service lines. Been on hold for two hours before with Microsoft. Glad I have unlimited long distance in the United States and Canada....

Yes, billing and tech support are open today with our normal hours, hold times may more than usual as their is a reduced staff in the office due to the holiday.

Woot! The wait was worth it. I got all my accounts re-instated and I'm
good to go. The billing supporters made my day...now if you'll excuse me, I have some VoD critters to smite. :D
