Authentication server is unavailable

Hi,the launcher downloaded the patch yesterday but on both my accounts i get "The authentication server is unreachable"
What have i got to do to be able to paly?? regards cloughie

I had it working just fine earlier today when I was at work, but now at home I get the same thing after it downloaded the patch:

Same here. Restarted my pc, made a cuppa and bang "Authentication server is unreachable".

Updated 1 client early on the 28th, a second only minutes ago, and I have 1 still logged into the world that has not been patched yet.

The 2 clients that have been updated get the "Authentication server cannot be contacted" error now.

Well been playing ac fine all day until i restarted my computer and my laptop and not i get a authentication server is unreachable ...

I have never had any issues befre the last patch and now I can not get IG any time I log of on account and onto another, I get a hole list of err meggages from increct pass word to server will respond. I re-boot and I get in abou 50% of the time. this is getting old. I have 4 accounts I play and I might log on 2 or 3 account tinkering and running a bott for my alagence. in any given day.

First I was getting messages that my username or password were wrong, now it's saying the authentication server is unavailable. :(

I can log in one acount on one computer but cant log in the second computer. I keep geeting incorrect username etc. and now authentication server problems. :mad: :confused: :(

Nope i cant get back in getting authentication server is unreachable. Ah turbine is there a problem???????? Hope it is back up soon

The invalid password errors were caused by an issue with the authentication server. We've taken it offline to resolve the issues -- this is why you are now getting server is unavailable errors.

We hope to have this issue resolved within half an hour.

I'm lobbying for Turbine to stop any maintenance updates. Anytime they touch the servers they break something.

Stop letting the interns handle this stuff, and put the guys with experience on it.
