Finally got confirmation from my local EB Canada that since I have already pre-ordered, I will be getting my pre-order package.

Now for my other, and at least as importan issue. My accounts are innactive, and have been since the end of October. I have not been able to migrate, since it either requires an active subscription, or the purchase of one when transferring to Turbine?

Turbine billings seems to have an issue with restarting expired accounts. I do not know the exact steps for the pre-order coupon, but it sounds like I need to enter that before I ever enter my ToD coupon when it goes retail?

All inquiries to Turbine so far have been answered with "we will let you know more soon". Been a while now, think soon has already gone by?

Please, someone at Turbine that knows, will I be able to migrate and keep my active accounts?

I have two ToD pre-orders and another account. I was definitely planning on transferring the two, and would like to move over the other....
