Yes, even me, the eternal optimist ...

EB games still calling for ToD to release 5/23/05 and Gamestop is calling for 6/6\06/05.

What's got me concerned now is that an allegiance mate went into the store and got the Pre-order box (YAY!), activated his Health Gem Key Code and saw that the activation site is calling for the good ol' 5/11/05 release ... but his receipt reads: "Product available 6/06/05".

What's what guys? I know that on Friday the 15th, Ibn made a brief remark about the 5/23/05 date being wrong. But, as Yula pointed out ... he didn't state that 5/11/05 was still a go. Did we slip to 6/06/05?

Yup! I'm concerned too. I wasn't at all until now. Ibn's lack of response to this tells me something is wrong too because he was quick to address the EB Games scenario.

Yuk....

The only reasonable conclusion is it has slipped until 6/6

I wouldnt call it a conclusion until we get an official stance on this... Since until then, concern over this specific date will not 'conclude'. Until that time, it is nothing more than possibility.

It would be great to get an answer on all this especially in light of the fact I’m booking some time off to coincide with the release LOL!

Yeah, even I'm beginning to think it was pushed back. With both GS and EB changing their release date it's hard not to consider it.

Slightly annoyed if it was, since it would be the 2nd delay, but that's only because I'm counting down the days :p

That's the conclusion I'm making too because if they had GOOD news to report, they would say so. But I think the date was pushed to June and they are figuring out how to break it to the gaming community. They are always quiet and non-responsive when something goes wrong.

Grrrrrr!!!!

From that comment, I can only conclude that there is quite a lot going wrong.

I'll second you there.

Yet all we can do is hope the silence ACTUALLY means they're working their tails off to get it fixed on time.

See the last line of my .sig :D
