Currently AOL (and, by proxy, Netscape.com) is considering email from the forums webserver to be spam and is thus blocking it. New forum members may be unable to receive the confirmation email required to complete registration. We are working with AOL to resolve this issue.
This should not impact any emails sent via customer service or billing, nor should it affect playing the game.
