Trouble Logging in

Ive just migrated two accounts (hopefully) and when i launch from the new launcher i get the connecting bar fill up but then the updating bar doesnt move.
After about 30 seconds or so i get the lost server connection screen,Can anyone shed any light on this plz

Hi,

We're sorry to hear you are having problems. This problem is usually a result of a firewall blocking your connection to the game. Please make sure the files client.exe and aclauncher.exe are allowed to access the internet through your firewall. There was a patch recently and for some firewalls you will need to allow the client and launcher to access the internet again since the files have changed.

Also your router if you have one may need to be port forwarded. You can find the ports needed here:

Having the same problem, problem has nothing to do with firewalls. Can log in to Thistledown but not Darktide. Same computer. Decal is not running. Using 2 accounts, I can access thistledown on both but darktide on neither. Any other suggestions?
