For your convenience we have placed additional Turbine Vendors in Hebian-To. We've also added a portal from Sanamar to Hebian-To.

Now you just need to add a level 100 token, or decrease the costs of level 6 spells to a reasonable price. =|

If you're not a mage template, you can't buff. Even my mage is havin' problems.
