We've finished performing maintenance on the Billing and Authentication servers. billing.turbine.com is back online and players should be able to create accounts and log in normally.

We believe we have resolved the issues that were causing errors when attempting to register Throne of Destiny Open Preview keys. We will continue to monitor the situation now that we have reopened the billing and authentication servers.

However if any users continue to receive an error telling them that their key has already been used, they should contact Turbine Billing support when they open tomorrow.
