Character not on Test Server

I created a Rage Lao on ever server a LONG time ago. I always hated the idea of someone using my name on another server. I logged into the Test server today and my Rage Lao character is not there.

Did you attach your preview key to the Turbine account that Rage lives on?

My characters weren't there either, and yes, I attached the cd key to my main account.
