log-in errors with live servers beside preview server.

i tried to log in to solclaim, leafcull, and other server and i get error box came up,..
it said

Device Int. Error
Error DDERR_UNSUPPORTED, could not set display to #x#x# mode), tried adjusting the size and i get errors, how do i fix it.

i can get to preview no problems but i cant get to my main account servers.

took me 5 hours to log on last night. I must have tried 30 times getting just about every possible error messages. Around 10pm eastern I finally got through, sheesh. How does turbine plan on handle this level of traffic with xpac goes live and possible brings back the same number of players as last night?
