No More Keys?

A friend of mine has been trying to download the key and client at fileplanet and cant get past the authentication where you type in the letters.
He types in the letters and it keeps telling him it's an "invalid entry". He has tried it 3 times getting different letters each time but still gets the same error message.

Are the keys all gone and file planet has shut down?

Naw... his computer probably doesn't like Fileplanet :p

but why don't you sign up for the key and give it to him??

i got mine from fileplanet no problem.....but it doesn't work.

I got my first key and when I put it in the game did not accept it so I had to go back to file planet and make a new account with them so I could get a new key.

It will not give 2 keys to the same account.

It took me a few tried but I finally got one to work and File Planet's numbers appear to have gone up alot - nope, it was just me trying to get my key. :D

It's all you can do if you want to get in. You can sit on the phone for hours waiting for billing to tell you to do this until it accepts one.

You can work on getting the key while you are downloading to save time.

OK, I let him use my comp to log in with (as himself not me) and it worked.

He has an ATI card, I have NVIDIA. Go figure....
