Where are the Turbine Vendors?

I just logged in today to try out the lvl 180 toons and I can't find any of the Turbine Vendors.... Wassup?

Oh boy... This probably means new tokens are about to arrive. They always disappear when it is time for them to change the goods they sell. Hopes they have gone back to the warehouse for the 200 and 220 level tokens.

The easiest vendor to find is the one in the marketplace.

Well, the one in Sanamar seems to have returned but my newb started in Holt to avoid the lagggggggg... and the one there is still missing
