New Server Hardware

I haven't seen any news on this, so I was wondering if there has been any updates on when the new server hardware will be put in to place? Did they ever decide what server, other than DT, gets the new hardware? Was the plan to have it done when ToD goes live?

The question has been asked before and no response received. The only information available on this subject is letter from back in February.
