While completing the new low level Starter Quests (levels 1-20) on the Preview server I noticed the additional xp that can be earned throughout levels 1-20 while doing these quests. With the Starter Town Quests on mainland and Marae Lassal Low Level Spires quests, and adding to to the Sanamar Starter Quests; a new character can yield over 400,000 experience points in quest rewards. This would place a character at or above level 15.

I believe when you factor in Trophy drops and experience points earned while killing creatures while doing the quests, this can easily put a low level character well above level 20 before they even get a chance to see and experience all the newbe content. This also can lead some new characters to not being able to complete the rewards for the Exploration Society Quests (Town Stamps/Red & Gold Letters) because the dungeons you need to go into to get stamps are in level 1-20 dungeons.

My suggestion is to raise the current level 20 cap on newbe dungeons to level 25, thus giving low level characters a chance to experience all the content designed for them throughout Dereth. In turn this would help reduce the chances of players possibly missing out some of the content.

Don't think your supposed to experience EVERY low level quest out there the first time around. Maybe with a few different characters.

I means that's 6 years of quests guy, you can't squeeze that into 5% of the games levels.

The point is that it's too easy to miss most of the low level content with a level 20 cap.

And while you're at it, let those new shopkeepers outside the Thrungus newbie dungeons buy jewelry, since that's about the only thing the Thrungus drop.

Maggie, my only issue with the thrungus starter quest as opposed to the mainland quests is their love of jewelry. On the mainland, I start putting together my noobie armor with what I find on the monsters. When doing the Sanamar quests, I could not do that until MUCH later in the quest sequence.

Yeah, I can see that. I did the Trade quest before the Thrungus one, so I could buy a pile of protective gems from the Lugian Vendors first back on the mainland. I ended up getting pretty well outfitted from the Drudges before hitting the Thrungus hovels.

i had that old posts made long time ago and those town stamps does need to get timer changed since most low level are already outgrew within few hours.

that posts made by few other players made good suggessions, either make the timer shorter for 5 mins instead of 24 hrs waiting timer, or move them just outside of the dungeons for high level toons to collect stamps at anytime desired.
when they add explorer contents and most characters they have alts and mules may have had passed beyond 20th lvl and no chances.

giving us 6th slot was great gift, and now we are getting 7th slot to get chance to explore low level quests.

i dont see the need for 24 hr timers for the stamps but for side quests from society guild for 2k xp to 5k xp is just about right for 24 hrs timers, it will help keep them go out to explore town routes and find few more gold letters or red letters.

one of Samsur's old noobie quest are bit difficult for 5-20 lvls if they solo and without buffs. bit nasty crowd of prowlers and banderling or monoguaga, not sure which mob, but it did send me to LS.

i do remember that Holtberg Dungeon (liches, and few other mobs before it got upgraded for SoLL quest) was pretty tough place, and i remembered someone just lost thier coprse for good after they just "dinged" a level too high to get back in, and beg for recovery help. it wasnt possible for most of us to help but lend few extra armors or weapons they lost in restricted capped dungeons. there wasnt anything worth questing inside that place except for SoLL key.
