Help with direct X

i have spent 3 days trying to get to play DM couldn't... So i went and bought ToD every thig went good until i tried to enter world but before i even get anywhere i get an error. Help im am not the biggest in computer working so i dont know what to do.

What is the error message you are getting?

In your Windows system folder is a program called dxdiag. You can use it to check if there are any problems with the direct x version installed on your pc.

You can just type dxdiag in the run command. I have a lot of users use this, but about half of them who find in the systems folder try monkeying with other things in there and create some interesting issues.

But yeah, you need to tell us what the exact error message is before we can go any further.

just says there was a problem with direct x please change settings and i did that then is said or check drivers and i dont know how todo that.
