TOD help (Viamontain)

Has anyone had problems making Viamontian toons. it says i need TOD(which i have) too make that toon. :confused:

This is from the known issues thread:

I didn't get my Pre-Order Gem
I didn't get any gems
I was at level 180, now I'm back down to level 126
All of a sudden I can't get to Sanamar or create a Viamontian

We are currently aware of issues that are causing many players to not receive the benefits of their ACTD subscription. This can include not receiving levels above 126, not able to create a Viamontian or travel to Sanamar, and not receiving one or both gems. The Thursday morning patch should resolve this issue. If players do not receive their benefits at login, they should exit out of the client and relog until they do receive them.
