Have a pk only @recall which takes you to a bowl shaped valley. You appear on the rim of the valley in either,
a) any one of 10 random recall points
or
b) a set recall point based upon each 25 levels of experience you have
Once you recall in you turn red instantly. There is no time left on your NPK timer.
In the center of the valley is a clickable Bael totem. Fairly tall (can't jump on it) and about the width of a lifestone.
By double clicking on the totem you go through a 5 second animation sequence (like @house recall) and at the end your vitae is gone. Once done you appear at your lifestone. If you want to wipe out 5 more vitae then you must recall again.
Now, as many of you already realize, this would be an option but it is also one hell of a party.
You can risk going to the valley to lose your 5% where you know there could be campers.
If the drops are level specific then campers could choose what they want to look for and if random then it is a real free for all.
If you run into the valley white (from another spot) and click on the statue you get 5% more vitae,... Bael does not like Carebears after all.
