Question about Filtering

Is there a way to filter out all the blue magic casting messages in the dialogue window but still be able to see if someone casts a spell on your character, or is it all or nothing? And if it is all, how do I do that?

Normally, typing /filter -spellcasting will do it, but there seem to be some issues with the filters just now (I have them filtered, and see it anyway most of the time)

another good filter to use besides /filter -spellcasting is:

/filter -combat

this will filter those anoying lines of text telling you you hit or missed something.

to turn it off so that you can see if you are actualy able to hit something just use:

/unfilter -combat
