New and Having Trouble

Hey guys,


I just purchased Asherons Call : Throne of Destiny from Best buy store near me. I did not buy the Pre-order box. On top of my box it says Contains Original game, Dark Majesty Expansion, and new expansion content. SO this is not the pre-order only box.

I installed the game on my computer, then clicked the "I'm a New Player" button. I set up a turbine account and then it sent me to the screen where it says...

Well i bought the game with the intent of playing Throne of Destiny. So I clicked on that under pre orders and it asked for a product key for my throne of destiny pre order. I put in the key that was in the case of the game that is called Account Key.

It is saying that this is not a valid key.

Whats wrong? Why is Throne of Destiny under Pre-order if i have it?

I would appreciate help form you guys to help me know if i need to do something or if i didomething wrong.
