quests

hello all, i am new here and am looking for a place to do quests.
i am level 10 and can't find any quets i can do.
also is there any quests outside of towns, and also what level is good to do the penguin cave to get the necklace back?

Hello Steve,

There are 3 or more beginning quests in each of the starter towns (Holtburg, Yaraq, Soushi & Sanamar). In Holtburg, Yaraq & Soushi, your best bet is talking to NPC's in the bar and also buying rumors from the barkeeper. The quests in Sanamar are started by talking to the NPC's scattered around town, similar to the penquin quest you mentioned. As for it, at level 10 you should be just fine there. While those pesky penquins are tough for their size, I expect you will do fine with them.

As for quests outside of town, there are many thay you can stumble upon, but most are mentioned in rumors that can be bought from barkeepers, and scribes.

What world do you play on? I play on Thistledown, and would be glad to help get you started on some quests. Just give me a yell.

I'd strongly suggest visiting Maggie the Jackcat's site -

She's got practically every quest listed there, with a guide or description.

You might also want to try my quest database on my monarchy's site. It's filterable by levels, so you can find quests in your level range. I have guides for over half the quests available, but unfortunately I haven't spent much time on the newbie quests that you would be most interested in. Still, check it out at:

Cool, sounds good. I also play a couple of other characters somewhat frequently, Trioch and Tamin, so give them a try if you miss me on Cuaradan. Also, we are in and around Holtburg alot, so just give a tell to anyone you see in the Light Lords clan. We would all be willing to help where we can.
