Early last evening, I tried to log in and start playing. I could log in my second and third accounts, but on my first account where my main guys are, I kept getting "authentication failed". So I go to Turbine billing and log in to the account, and what a surprise. There's no subscription! It's not unsubbed like the payment didn't go thru or I canceled it . It's just NOT THERE. Just an old AC2 account that's long unsubbed, and a link to "subscribe to AC" which would let me start a brand new account. Whoohooo!
I sent billing a message from the "fuzeqna" page (who thought up that silly name anyway?), and today the account is back. Whew.
Good job for fixing it quickly. Bad BAD job for loosing it in the first place.
It's little glitches like this that tend to erode people's confidence in Turbine.
