I was lucky to receive 150 bundles of deadly blunt arrowheads from someone in the game but I do not know how to make these into "Wrapped" Bundles of Deadly Blunt Arrowheads so that I can acutally combine them with the wrapped bundles of arrowshafts and use them.
Can someone please let me know how to do this.
I am level 44 and have a fairly high fletching skill (especially when buffed).
Thanks for any info.

if an arrowhead is Not wrapped there is no way to wrap it, you can Unwrap your shafts and make the heads individually i believe its 10 arrows per bundle.

Thanks for the help.
Then how would I go about making my own wrapped deadly arrowheads? Do I need Alchemy skill, etc?

i may be mistaken but you need the alchemy skill to make the oils needed, fletching is the skill used to apply the oils and consequently the arrows, you may be able to find an alchemist willing to make them for you. otherwise you will need alchemy. guides on the exact formulas for making arrows can be found at most of the fan sites. maggies, acvault etc..

To make wrapped deadly arrowheads, you will need both a fletcher and an alchemist. You will need the following supplies:
Alembic
Quicksilver Pea
Stibnite Pea
2 Concentrated Aqua Incanta
Wrapped Blunt Arrowheads
Have the alchemist use the alembic on the Quicksilver Pea and then the Stibnite Pea. Use the resulting infusions on the Concentrated Aqua Incanta. You should now have Concentrated Bloodhunter Oil and Concentrated Bloodseeker Oil. Next have the fletcher use the Bloodseeker Oil followed by the Bloodhunter Oil on the Wrapped Blunt Arrowheads and you’re done.
The skill check for making the arrowheads is much lower than making the arrows themselves. If you find you have difficulty combining the wrapped arrowheads to the shafts, you can use a whittling knife on both to unwrap them, and then combine them that way. This process has a lower skill check and will net you more arrows (500 instead of 250 per bundle), but is much more time consuming.

My Alchemist is level 21, with a base skill under 200. A Full set of lvl VII stat buffs, and the buff from an alchemy forge and he's pumped to 285+ Alchemy. At that level he has something like a 95-99% chance of creating the two potions neccesary to create Deadly arrowheads -- Wrapped.
While he also has fletching, My archer does as well. The Archer currently buffs out to a 250+ Skill (Not including the Fletching Forge Buff), Does Very well making deadly arrowheads, less so making Deadly Elemental Wrapped Arrowheads. The Bow-Man is currently level 32.
It's very doable at low levels.

Unfortunately the 6 skill credits on Flething is way to much concidering the use of fletching. Only real use is making heads and arrows. Sure, you need well over 300+ skills to have 100% on deadly elemental arrows, but this isnt an issue. Even if you fail 50% isnt no economical catasprophe. You reach 50% on deadly elementals in a skill of about 250+.
Whats am I saying? Pity a bow hunter "must" spend 6 credits on a very limited use skill. In addition to the high cost weapon skill. I wish they come up with some cool task that requires HIGH fletching (400+). A task that is USEFUL. That gives something UBER. And not another arrow ...
(The dilema with Fletching is about the same as with cooking. Not much idea to rise cooking when you close 400).

FYI - Fletching is only 4 skill credits to train. ;)

I feel spending 4 skill credits for fletching is well worth it. :D

Ofcource, anything thats keeps us superior bow hunters going is well worth it, so we can fullfill our task as resquers and "back bone" warriors.
Not sure the above goes with me though, since some people claims I run in the other direction as soon as it gets too hot. But how wrong they are. It's not my fault everybody else dies around me, leaving me to stand there alone facing the most terrible mobs! Or ... I think its not my fault ... hey, I must choose my arrows carefully ... lets see now, which one is the correct one here ... hmmmm .... hold on, choosing arrows ... and people starts dying around me ...
