Can DM People See ToD players?

I had to ask because something isn't right. THere is barely anyone on anymore, and that would be stupid not to be able to interact with ToD players, if someone could answer my question that'd be great because I really need to know.

Yes, everyone can see everyone. The only things you can't do is use ToD specific items (like rares or trophy items from ToD creatures) or go to the new islands.

On my server I have actually notice a small increase in people. I hope this continues. Not that its very busy here, but ... :) Suits me, I like empty dungeon to hunt in peace.

Yes they can. If you don't have ToD, you prolly don't see that many peeps cause they're on the new island.
