I completed the Olthoi Ripper quest and left the Egg Orchard to receive my 200,000,000 xp. After talking to the NPC, I got the plaque and the token. I also received a message that said "You earn 200,000,000 experience."
But I did not actually receive ANY experience. I was still a member of the fellowship that I was hunting with in Egg Orchard. None of them received any of the experience either.
I believe the hotfix that was made during downtime to fix fellowship sharing of the quest broke the quest. I think my quest timer should be reset at the very least.
