I was wondering if AC was going to give the health gem to everyone that did not get a chance to pre order the game. I ask this because i just came back to the game after about two years away. I had no idea about the pre orders and i feel its unfair. I think you sould have done something like EQ II did with the J boots put it in the pre order but make it something you can quest for later on if you did not get a chance to pre order the game. Its your game if you feel that is fair to everyone paying a fee to play thats just what you think. As for me i will watch your web sight and see if you ever decide to give the gem to everyone. Till then i will be at WOW. Thanks for the fun.

On one hand I agree with what you are getting at kromis, health gems should be something that everyone can have.

On the other hand, giving it to everyone now would be a slap in the face to everyone that went out of their way to make sure they got the AC:ToD preorder.

If you promise not to tell anyone ;), when I got AC2:Legions I missed the pre-order because no store in my area carried it and I had to get a copy from an online store. I simply emailed support and said "my preorder code wasn't working" and they upgraded me, no questions asked. You could always try that. :p

Thanks for the reply DOt, you seem to be confused on what a slap in the face is. A slap in the face is when trubine decides to release an exspansion and then shuts down the game. A slap in the face is when one pay the same price for a game but do not get the same product. As far as telling a lie to get the gem that just not what i would want to have to do over a game. But on the bright side i would have never gone out and bought WOW. So let me take this time to think turbine for that slap in the face. This is the first time im going to LMAO when a game folds. Its coming.

I locked in my cash months before you did and, as any first-year economics student can tell you, money yesterday is worth more than money today. I paid more, I deserve more. If you think otherwise, I'd suggest heading to mainland China.

The local Best Buy here still has preorder boxes on the shelves. So I went and bought the preorder box and the released game on Thursday. I entered the preorder key and info before I installed game and got my awards. They still are trying to sell AC2 preorder and released games, but needless to say...they're not moving.

I also bought all my 4 Tod boxes AFTER release and WITH the preorder gem. I feel like I didnt pay extra for the gem, since games costed me $29 each. Or maybe that is more than "regular" box? There is still preorder boxes for sale at this $29.

The whole preorder gem is silly. The gem is way too unbalanced, and I gladly see all players get it (or even better: deleted from me and all others that have it). I dont care if I payed more for my boxes that a guy that got the regular box. Same to me what other poeple get. Im only interested if I get what I payed for. Stop the envy!
