Issues with MSN DSL?

Does anyone know if MSN blocks the ports needed to access AC? If so do I need to call 'em up or is this something that I can fix myself?

Or if your using MSN as a ISP (or something in that matter because I never heard of MSN being a ISP), it's best to check out their forums/tech.
