On the subscription management page, my cancelled ACDM subscription says AC:ToD. I haven't purchased Throne of Destiny yet so if I were to renew my subscription through this page, would it be DM or ToD?

If I bought Throne of Destiny, would the 30-day key apply to a cancelled account or does it have to be active?

Most likely an error on the page or whatever. When I bought ToD and had to reactivate my ACDM account, I got the 30 (or 60) days from ToD but had to call a rep to fix it because I wasn't able to access any ToD content.

I am an old retired AC player from way back. I can no longer subscribe through MSN Zone but have to go through Turbine. Turbine is asking for a 25 character product key. My disks don't have this many numbers. What do I do?

The only keys that the Turbine billing system takes are the Throne of Destiny keys. So if you have Microsoft Asheron's Call keys, Microsoft Dark Majesty keys, or Turbine Dark Majesty keys they are are worthless.

Just as a note, keys are single use. They can only be entered once to create a single account. So even if Turbine billing would allow you to enter your key, the Turbine billing system would respond - "This key has already been used'.

From reading your post you have an old Microsoft gaming zone Asheron's Call account. If you did not migrate that account from Microsoft zone billing to Turbine billing, then that account is lost along with all the characters and their stuff. In this case, you have to purchase Throne of Destiny and start over.
