Good Character???

Okay I was wondering what would be a good character to make for PK???


I want to be a Mage =P, but i would like to know a good Meele Built also X) if it possible

So if anyone could tell me a good built i would appricate it X) id ont want to make a bad character =P like last time

A good Mage would be to specialise in War Magic and Life magic at character creation then get manaconvertion after training. item and critter will come later

starting stats I find are good for a mage are 40 str, 70 endurance, 100 focus and willpower

I know nothign about melee so i'll let a melee player awnser

Depends on how extreme of a mage you'd like to make...

I love my melee mage. War and Melee spec'd. This is an awesome template for leveling. Just tinker up a rend wand with all brass.

My mage has 100 foc/will/coord.

He can tank pretty much anything you throw at him melee wise (he does have a +41% melee tinked wand though).

He does well enough in pkl... though I will be the first to admit that I have NO skills.

Mages are the most complex to PK with, so unless you're prepared to dedicate yourself to PK skills (animation, casts, revite methods, etc), I'd suggest something else. Melee toons (sword, axe, etc) are doing very well in PK as well as Range weapons (Bow, xbow, etc). They do not require as much "skill" per say on the offensive side, but still require it all on the defensive side.

Just my opinion.

that one looks pretty cool OG mage. But i am more of War mage.. I forgot my old template that i had for my levle 40 mage... but it was working out well X) i could cast VII war magic once ever =P 10 tires so it was a sprice for higher level if i get it at first try X)
