Allegiance Chat

One of the toons on my account can not use Allegiance chat.

Any /a results in the message "You are not in an Allegiance ."

I am however in one. The Allegiance page shows my patron and my monarch and it is accurate and I can also recall to our mansion and allegiance home town. I am out of ideas as to how to correct this issue. Please help.

Go to your CHARACTER options ingame and make sure that you have allegiance chat checked. If you aren't listening to the chat channel, then it will tell you that you aren't in an allegiance

Yes it was checked. I will look again when the servers come back up and repost as necessary. Thanks
